Calendario Azteca Project
You will get a template from me or you can print out the PDF attached to this Weebly.
Here are the instructions that you should follow:
1) Every word in this calendar should be written in Spanish. Your last name is the only non-Spanish word.
2) In the center: You should have your Spanish name and your last name. Draw something that represents you in the year 2016.
3) In the next circle (7 slots): you need the seven days of the week in Spanish. Again, you are drawing something that helps you remember that "lunes" is Monday, and so on. For example: If you have soccer on Mondays, you may draw a soccer ball or something like that.
4) Next circle (12 slots): You need the 12 months of the year. You also need to add your "symbols".
5) We will also add the seasons to your calendar. We are not really adding another circle with drawings. We are just adding 4 thin slots to say what months are in each season.
Primavera: marzo, abril y mayo
Verano: junio, julio y agosto.
Otoño: septiembre, octubre y noviembre
Invierno: diciembre, enero y febrero
I will select a few calendars (the best ones) to be displayed on the walls of our Spanish classroom.
This is an Art/Spanish project. Give it your best effort. Scroll down to see a picture of a very similar calendar.
